What event would you add to the state program?

Massachusetts DeMolay Beach Day and Barbeque.

How can you improve Massachusetts DeMolay

I can improve Massachusetts DeMolay with the new programs I plan on instituting and the events that we will run if elected. I can’t spoil everything but what I can say is that we’re going to try and overhaul the State Representative program to make it more efficient. We’ll also have a few new events pop up of the year as well as some old ones with a new spin. In addition to this, it is a goal of mine to get the chapters working together again, so that all of you can plan your own amazing events and get to know the brothers across the state better.

What makes you the right candidate for the job?

I have been on the State Suite for three years now, and if elected State Master Councilor I will be going into my fourth year serving all of you. Over the course of my tenure on the Suite I have learned a lot about leadership and working on a team as well as planning events. I firmly believe I can take what I have learned and direct my energies towards leading Massachusetts DeMolay and the State Suite through another highly successful year. One full of fun and well run events, and cohesion amongst the Chapters.

What I the most important virtue in the Crown of Youth? Why?

The most important Virtue has to be Fidelity. I am a firm believer that everything is based on trust and honesty and if people can’t trust you to be faithful to your promises then you have nothing to build that relationship on.

What is your favorite office in DeMolay?

Chaplain

If you could meet one famous person who would it be? Why?

I would want to meet Walt Whitman. He was a phenomenal writer and one of my favorite American poets. So I would love to pick his brain on what inspired him.

What is your spirit animal?

The Australian Red Panda. 

What is your favorite band?

The Tragically Hip! A lesser known band from Ontario Canada.

Fun fact about yourself

I’m an avid camper, however I haven’t camped in a tent in about five years. Instead I camp in a hammock!
